This carries his personal monogram within the picture for authenticity. 64 x 79cm Frame Size. Titled 'Daughters of the South', the painting is executed in a Neo Classical style, which was typical of the artist, it depicts young women in a courtyard, a villa in ancient greece perhaps, enjoying each other company and the distraction of feeding a small flock of doves.
